Gaps between tile

Looking to fill un the open gap. Or is it better to redo it? It was like this when we bought the house.

Are the base moldings tile or wood?

If tile, typ when you change planes the joints get a color match caulk so that when the walls move the grout doesn't crack which looks like what you have. Re-grouting could be done but eventually the same will happen

If they are wood, then it wasn't installed very tight, they could be reinstalled or a bit of caulk to hide the gap!

Your title says "tile" but the only gap I see is in the molding on the wall. Are you considering a tiny sliver of tile to help fill in the wider area of grout on the tile floor or are you asking about the molding on the wall? If that's the case I would just caulk the gap.
