Twisted 4x4

I have a 40 ft privacy fence, 8 ft tall next to my patio. The bottom half is solid the top half is lattice. Every 8 ft is an 8ft 4x4 post. My problem is that a couple of the posts are twisting at the top, pulling out of the screws on the cross pieces. Is there any way to repair these... or must the whole fence be taken down the posts replaced?

Cool

It is probably pressure-treated wood.
Once they warp, there's no way to repair them. You'll have to replace them, and hope that the new ones don't warp.
