Installing a convertible top

I have a 1987 Chrysler LeBaron convertible and the top is shot.
The car is not worth the price an upholstery shop will charge to
replace the top. I have found a top on the internet for $159 and wonder if I can install it myself? Is it more than a one-man job?
Does it require really exotic tools that only an upholstery shop would have? Does it require sewing? Do you know whether a top like this would come with complete instructions? I am pretty handy but have never tackled anything like this before...... please tell me how much grief to expect ...... Thanks - Joe

It's a gazorch. They are tough. If the top is not an OEM style top of top quality, even worse.

I would suggest if you tackle it, you go out and spend the money on a Chrysler OEM service manual to guide you.
