Can someone tell me the difference , of any, in a coupe and a sedan? Looked them up in Webster's, still confused. Sound interchangable to me.

A coupe has 2 doors. A sedan has 4 doors.

"Technically" yes, that is correct.

Each manufacturer varies, Boman. It should just be called a 2 or a 4 door .

There are postless coupes, post coupes, plainback coupes, etc, etc, etc, etc. depending on the car manufacturer.

2 door hardtop is the safest for a car that's not a convertible. Lol.
