Windstar '98 brake pulsation

I had the brakes completely re-done (new rotors, pads, drums, etc.) in March 2002, about 5,000 miles ago. For about one month I have a brake pedal pulsation, mostly at speeds 40mph and below. The work was done by a Ford dealer with OEM parts, so it has a 12,000 mile/one year warranty. Would the brake pulsation be considered an item that should be covered by the warranty or is is normal for this to occur.

Also I have since moved from the area where I had the brake work done. Should I expect to be able to take my Windstar to a local Ford dealer to correct the warranty problem? Thanks.

Brake pulsation is NOT normal. Something is wrong, bring it back.

Call the original dealership and ask if they can arrange a repair/inspection with the neighboring Ford dealer for you. If not, back to the original dealer for repair/redo.
