Fan Relay

I have a '90 Buick LeSabre and the fan for the AC/Heater would stop blowing when I'd hit a bump and usually come back on after I hit another. It finally stopped coming on at all now. Is this the fan relay that needs to be replaced, and if so, where at on the vehicle is it?

start by checking the fuses and if they all check good then check for power and ground at the motor using a test light.
the blower motor relay, blower motor , and resistors are all located under the hood along the firewall, i think on this model.
