99 kia sephia

I have a 99 kia sephia. It has approx 75,000 miles on it. It's a manual transmission. Lately I've had a problem with it bucking occasionaly. I've added fuel injection cleaner to the gasoline. I've also just recently had a fuel tune up done. I've also had a recent oil change done. I think it may be the fuel filter? I'd like some advice on what the problem could be. The problem is noticible both on the highway and off. Thanks

Start by changing the fuel filter and then it might be a worth excercise to have the fuel pressure checked with a reliable hand held gauge to verify it's within spec.
