'89 Ford Taurus FWD Tranny

I have a 1989 Ford Taurus 3.0 V-6 (not SHO) with FWD Automatic Transmission AXOD I believe it is. While doing a motor swap I pulled the tranny along with the motor to make things a little easier, when re-installing the engine/tranny, the "Electrical Bulkhead Connector" got caught on the brake fluid resivior and broke off, my question is... What exacly does the "Electrical Bulkhead Connector" do or regulate, I know the Park/Neutral Saftey Switch is on top of the tranny so that is not it. Could anyone please tell me what this connector does or what functions are preformed through it. Thank you in advance.

Likely where most of the body function and ECM power wires are joined. Fix it, it's needed.
