98 Grand Voyager Mis-firing

I HAVE A 98 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER THAT IS MIS-FIRING IN CYLINDER #1 ACCORDING TO THE "301" CODE THAT I HAD RUN AT AUTOZONE. I HAD ALL THE SPARK PLUGS AND ALL OF THE SPARK PLUG WIRES REPLACED. I THEN HAD THE CODE RE-SET. AFTER TWO MONTHS OF DRIVING WITH NO PROBLEMS, THE "301" CODE IS BACK AND YOU CAN FEEL THE CAR MIS-FIRING AND THE VAN IS SLUGGISH AGAIN. ANY OPTIONS OTHER THAN A $500 MECHANICS BILL?
