93 civic will not start

I have a 93 civic that will not start. It died at a stop and will not start sence. I first thought it was fuel filter or pump, because it will turn but not start. I test the spark plugs and did not get spark, so after replacing the roter, dis. cap and cilonoid and still no spark. I called every where for help. I found out to replace the ICM I finaly got spark (for $90). But the car will still not start. It turns over and sounds like it wants to start but just wont. I called around for help again and ever body wants about $70 just to look at it. I also checked spark plug wires and spark plugs and they are fine. I also have very limited amount of funds to get the car working again, and my friends and I are out of any ideas. PLEASE HELP!!!

Take the distributor cap off. Crank the car. Does the rotor turn? If not, broken timing belt, could be trouble (engine damage).

Barring that, look at the links and posts in my signature file for starters.
