Question Changing Fuel Filter

I have a 1997 Dodge Stratus with 97,000 miles on it. It was recommended to me to change the fuel filter as it is a little sluggish in the mornings (the car, not me).

Is this an easy thing to do? Does anyone know where I can get some easy directions?

While I am doing this, should I also change the air filter and possible the plugs?? Where would i get the "how to's" for these tasks as well??

Thanks in advance for any and all sugestions.

This is a gazorch on this vehicle. The fuel tank must be dropped or lowered to access the fuel filter.

Pisspoor design.

You can check autolibrary below in my signature file. They have the procedure there.
