Taurus idle, fuel problems

My 96 Taurus has 104,000 miles and a 3.0 liter V6 SOHC. After warm-up driving the idle revs up to about 1200-1400 rpm. When it's cold, it's fine. Could it be the idle-speed control or a switch or something. Also, it takes a long crank on the starter 2 or 3 times to get it started. I replaced the fuel filter to no avail. Fuel additives don' seem to help. It seems not to get enough gas on start up. Dirty fuel injectors, perhaps? I have replaced three of the four O2 sensors, at $65.00 a piece. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes, a bad IAC is a possibility.
