"check gauges" light
i drive a 1992 pontiac grand prix 3.1 liters
151,000 miles. my check gauges light comes on and stays on and some times its goes out... all of the gauges are working good.. whats going on? and what can i do to fix it?

Some vehicles have an oil level sensor in the pan which can turn this light on. Check that for starters.

would this sensor cause anything within
the fuel system to act crazy? i also get a hesitation when i press the gas pedal.
