Angry marker lights

email me at:
I just installed new marker lights on the front airdam of my vehicle. There is only one hot wire for each new light. I want to hook them up so they are on with the parking lights and also so the left side flashes with the left turn signal and vise-versa. I have the hot wire hooked on the left ones to the left parking light and the right ones hooked to the right parking light. But when I hooked them also to the turn signal wires(the parking lights and turn lights are the same light with two wires) all of my new lights flashed and the original marker/turn signal lights stayed on as bright as they would be if flashing. Is there any way in which I can hook up my lights to be on with the parking lights and also flash??? Thank You for your patience.

I would try hooking them up to the sidemarker lights as they light and blink as you require.Try wiring them as a parallel circuit first if that does't work try wiring them in series. You may need a heavy duty flasher to accomplish this.
