Isuzu pickup A/C

My Isuzu pickup is making a squeling noise from the a/c belt. I have replaced the belt and the bearing in the idle pulley. Have adjusted the belt from loose to tight. Only does it over 3,000 rpm and not all the time. Also the a/c is draining into the pass. side. I cleaned the tube out but no help. Is there a way to reseal it without removing the eavp. core? Hope you can help. Thanks.

What brand of belt are you using and is it right for your application?

1st belt was a goodyear and replaced it with one from NAPA and both matched the original. Everyone says it is too loose but it is as tight as a banjo string. Any ideas on the drain problem?

If it's dumping water into passenger compartment floor, you might have a bad evaporator.

Pitch those hokey belts and get an OEM Isuzu or Dayco or Gates brand.
