Leaking anti freeze

I have a 1996 Plymouth Voyager with a 3.0 liter motor with a/c. I have started to leak anti freeze and have traced it to trhe freeze plug on the passenger side of the engine, above right above the oil pan towards the front of the engine.

My question is with 76,000 miles on it should I replace it and can I do it myself, if so is this a easy job and does it require any special tools.

If you can't see it, leave it to a pro to fix. More aggravation on your part.

If you can see it, it can be removed and replaced with a new one.
