leaking anti freezed part 2

Well on my 96 plymouth voyager 3.0 liter I replaced what I thought was the leaking freeze plug petty easy, only took an hour but it still leaks. According to davo its the water pump.
The question is should I try it myself or seek the professional

Driven by the timing belt on this 3.0 Mitsubishi winner to my recollection.

Seek professional service and have the timing belt changed at the same time to avoid double labor.

I said are you sure it's the plug because the pump also leaks out in the area you described.
