Replacing 92 Corolla Timing Belt?

I am the original owner of a 92 Toyota Corolla which has 75K miles (at least half of the miles are highway miles).
The Corolla manual states, for timing belt, "If you operate your vehicle under conditions of extensive idling and/or low speed driving for a long distance, ..., replace every 60k miles".
It does not mention replacing interval under normal conditions.
Should I have timing belt replaced? What is average cost for replacing timing belt before it is broken?
Thanks

225 to 400, and the water pump should be changed because if it leaks after the job is all done, you're paying to do it twice.

You can look at the steps involved by looking at the autolibrary.org link I have below in my signature file.
