98 Toyota Sienna window problem

The power window on the drivers side has fallen off track. I took out a screw next to the door handle and another in the panel itself up near the top of the door. I also managed to unclip the bottom 2/3's of the panel but I cant figure out how to remove the top part. Do I need to remove the arm rest or the part with all the little buttons for opening and locking? My husband will kill me if I screw it up but I know Toyota is gonna charge me an arm and a leg to fix it. I just purchased it in May and it is no longer under the original warranty. Any suggestions??

Hit the Toyota dealer's parts department for an exploded view of the door panel and how it might come apart.
