Kill the caps, no need to shout.

OEM AC Delco plugs are fine for this. Anything else is a waste of money.

On the clutch---see autolibrary as I have it bookmarked below.

ON THE PROBLEM WITH MY CLUTCH WAS;THE TRUCK HAS A HYDRAULIC CLUTCH SYSTEM.IT ALSO HAS A MASTER CYLINDER.WHAT HAPPEN WAS THE FLUID HAD GOT LOW AND AIR GOT INTO THE LINES.WHAT I HAVE GOT TO DO IS BLEED THE AIR OUT OF IT.TO DO THIS YOU NEED HELP.YOU BLEED IT JUST LIKE YOU BLEED BRAKES.THE BLEEDER IS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE TRANSMISSION.OPEN THE BLEED VALVE;THEN PUMP THE CLUTCH PEDEL HOLD DOWN AND BLEED.DO THIS UNTIL YOU HAVE A FIRM CLUTCH PEDEL.
I HOPE THIS WILL HELP SOMEONE ELSE WITH THIS PROBLEM
