Can anyone help. Installing ignition lock cylinder.

The steering column is clamshelled. Remove the lower shroud.

You should find an area near the lock where you can insert a small rigid wire. The lock will then slide out. Slide in the new one.

Done.

Tryed the link it did not help.Having trouble getting switch back in. got a new switch .

Not doing something right .

I just plugged in the model, and went to "quickfind" It put me to the R&R procedure of the lock (complete with photos and tips). You must cut and paste the link AS I SHOW IT in my signature file below.

The procedure they show is great for this. If you cannot follow that, I suggest you bail out and have it done professionally (the photos they show are about as good as any).
