oil in radiator

I have a 94 olds minivan 3800 V6 99000 miles. problem is oil mixed in the radiator. What can cause this? Is it a major repair.

You probably have a cracked engine block .Major repair. You might find a sealant at autoparts.

If it is engine oil it may be headgaskets.Do you have coolant in the oil?You also may have tranny fluid in the radiator if the cooler is bad.Check your engine and tranny for coolant contamination before we jump to conclusions.A shop can pressure test your cooling system and if they have the tester also check for combustion gases in the cooling system. This may sound off the wall, but have you been to a quick lube lately?Maybe a newbie made a mistake seen it before.
