left turn signal buzzes intermittently
1997 Ford Explorer Sport, 71.2K mileage, 4.0l. When I depress the left turn lever, it sometimes make a buzzing sound. I have to re-depress the lever to make it work (the click click sound). The right turn is ok. What needs to be r & r? location? Thanks for any info.

Turn signal flasher or relay. Hit any Ford dealer or the parts store for the location. Should be a simple R&R after you find that out.
If the vehicle is used to tow a trailer and has trailer wiring/connectors, check those thoroughly as well.
Last possibility is a worn turn signal switch itself.
