no heat

i have a 1993 gmc somona small truck with a 4 cylinder moter.i have no heat.blower works fine,doesnt over heat and heater core does not leak.the bottem radiator hose comming from waterpump and hose comming from the heater core doesnt get hot.any clues on what this could be?thermostat works.heater blend door is working also.any help appreciated.

If the heater hoses going to the firewall never get hot, it's a cooling system issue.

Bad thermostat, water pump, etc.
