Flat rate manual??

Have any of you seen a website listing flat rate manual quotes (how much time) for different types of repair procedures?

Not that I know of (at least free) as this is information for technicians, not consumers.

As noted a 25 dollar alldata.com subscription (per vehicle) will net you that information.

What is the actual question?

Anything in that book, double the time for a DIY person.

That is for professionals that do that type of work every day. They have the right tools, literature, knowledge and experience to do it in that time.

Most DIY folks don't (understandable) so don't use that as a guide.

Personally, I could care less what the "book" says in regard to how long something might take. If it needs fixing, I will do it .
