I have a '96 Buick Skylark with 3.1l engine. I here a loud clicking
noise coming from the left front wheel. The sound is only heard during acceleration, up hill mainly. I have checked the inner and outer CV joints but only to see if the boot was actually torn or broken and they are not. Should they still be replaced or could the problem be with the ball joint. Could you please give me a clue. Thanks.
