95 blazer linear egr valve

anyone know how to disassemble a gm linear egr valve and clean it out?

I believe the valve itself is sealed and needs to be replaced if not operating correctly. You can remove the valve and clean the carbon from the holes in the manifold where it attaches and check for carbon buildup at the pintle/needle on the vlave for carbon chunks and remove that. Use a new gasket.

I agree with Stevo. Do not take the valve apart. Clean it, put it back with a gasket with a built in screen (there are parts stores that sell these).

Failing that, a new valve is needed.
