66 mustang stalling at idle helllp

Thanks all for helping out. I drive a
1966 Ford Mustang-c4 trans-302 v8-600 cfm edelbrock performer carb and manifold. The problem I am having occurs after car is warmed up. While stopped and idling at a light or any period of time say 5 minutes... the motor just suddenly dies! It doesnt
stumble or exhibit any pre warning symptoms it just suddenly stalls. Then it wont start it just turns over but wont fire. Then it slowly starts to kick and it starts and runs fine. During normal driving it runs perfect. I reset timing and idle and air fuel ratio.
Any help you might have with this is greatly appreciated!
Thanks again all!

Glad you got it fixed. In the future, please provide as much information such as modifications as possible. We cannot assume what you have in the machine---only you know .
