fuel injection kit

I have a 1978 Triumph Spitfire and want to put a fuel injection kit on. Is this possible?

it all depends if any aftermarket companys make a fuel injection kit to convert your car over to fuel injection which i doubt they do, most kits come with throttlebody, injector or injectors all sensors and wiring harness and computer, and the fuel supply system is modified with a higher pressure fuel pump and return lines back to tank, and do all this for what a car that will probably start easier and run about the same it does now and get about the same gas mileage it does now.

BeJay is right. There are companies that probably do it. You might fare better swapping in a later fuel injected motor from a Triumph that had OEM Bosch injection.

Neither engine would be reliable as many of these older English cars are electrical and cooling system disasters.
