F-150 clutch problem

Last week it started to get really cold where I live. On the coldest morning I went to drive my truck. Its a 1994 ford f-150, 6 cylinder, 5 speed manual. The clutch felt weird and I had trouble putting it in gear. There was hardly any resistance pressing the clutch until the very end. But...on a warmer day it works a whole lot better. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Possible bad clutch cylinder if the truck has a hydraulic system.
