You can use a C-clamp like this procedure shows...do not put the C-clamp directly on the piston, you can use the old pad on top the piston to protect it from damage. There are other tools available but this would be the cheapest method.

A C-clamp works as Stevo said.

Simply go to any Autozone and they can rent you the proper tool for free.
