Hi I have a 1995 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3 v6 fuel injected engine. When the temperature is 29 degreez or lower when you start the van up it runs very rough and sounds like it is loading up, almost like when a carburator choke is stuck. It also blows out black smoke. After 5 min. of idleing it smoothes out and runs great the rest of the day.The van sets no codes. Does Chrysley have a service bulliten out on this problem? Any help would be great. Thanks alot. Harry

Some vehicle maintenance history would be a colossal help.......could need a good servicing and tuneup.
You'd have to look at Alldata.com to see if any symptoms match your problem regarding service bulletins.
Barring that, look at the links below in my signature file.

All filters in good shape? Possible Idle Air Control Valve problem. Here's a Service Bulletin that deals with EGR Valve.
