2000 4Runner Spark Plug Change

I'm trying to save $100 for a tune-up so I bought spark plugs with the intent of changing them myself. I've changed spark plugs about 10+ times in my life, but I'm not sure if I should invest the time required for this car. It looks like there are three easily accessible spark plugs (1,3,5) and then it looks the other three are under the coil(?). Does anyone have experience changing the spark plugs on a 4Runner? Is it as hard as it seems?

If you cannot see them and don't trust your ability to move things to get at them, then have someone do it for you.

If you're comfortable around the engine compartment, just move the things out of the way carefully and go ahead. Do the plugs with the engine STONE cold so you do not ruin the plugs or the head.
