Squealing sound

I recently started getting a slight squealing sound when I'm in the 20-30 MPH range. But if I let off the gas, the sound stops.

Any ideas?

What kind of car? Start with checking belt/belts.

Thanks. That's where I figured I should start.

It is a '99 Mazda Protege.

Just a thought, but if it was a belt, it wouldn't stop when you let off the gas, would it?
