Angry getting cold air out of vents

I put in a new motor, (not because of the cold air) new water pump, new thermostat, and the heater coreis blowing hot air, just by the time it gets to the drivers side it is cold. What can I do to make this warm, it is cold days here in pa.

Can't help much if you don't tell us what year and type of vehicle we are dealing with.

Keep going, we're getting there.

Now the engine size? You must read "Read here before posting" which has which data MUST be posted for us to help.

Beyond that, warm up the vehicle. Feel both heater hoses going to the firewall. If both are hot, it is a vent door problem inside the truck. If both are not not, it's a cooling system issue.

Start there, provide the needed information and tell us what you find.
