Gas Tank Problem, Unable to fill

I have a 1998 Nissan Altima, 2.4 Litre engine. I am the original owner. In December, I began having problems filling the gas tank. It seems the tank is no longer venting properly and as the gas flows in, the air does not flow out. Hence, pressure builds back up the gas input tube and shuts off the gas flow from the nozzle. I have to trickle gas into the tank in order to fill it. Any suggestions? I have checked the underside of the car and can find no "Crimps" in any of the pipes running to the gas tank.

i would suggest going to dealership, and have them check for tsb on this problem i believe there is an updated filler tube for slow fill problems.
