Rotors on Honda Accord

I can not loosen the screws that hold the rotors on. I've sprayed them with Penetrating oil with no luck! Any ideas?

May have to drill them out and replace them.

I think those screws are a stupid design. Every other vehicle has the caliper holding the rotor on and it works. LOL

impacting screwdriver works good at breaking the screws loose. also a chisel and hammer will also usually loosen them by chiseling the screws on the side and at an angle where they will loosen.

HEAT EM UP. Use a torch or a propane torch.
