Chevy Brake Problem

I have a brake problem that the repair places here seem unable to pinpoint. After my 1989 Chevy Celebrity has been sitting overnight (usually cold weather), the brakes do not work properly. When the pedal is pressed, all the braking action seems to go to the rear driver's side tire, causing it to immediately lock up and skid. After only a minute or so, the problem disappears. It may also be happening on the passenger side too, but I'm unable to be sure, as I'm the only passenger. I actually open the door and watched the problem described above this morning. The car has 145,000 miles and other than this, it runs like a dream. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Change both rubber flex hoses going to the caliper, bleed the system and see if that alleviates it.
