air ride system
I am Having a problem with the air ride system on a 1994 lincoln mark 8. when starting the vehicle the system will not pump up with manual assistance. onc eits up it will say that way for anywhere from 1 hour to days on end. I do hear air leaking from the right front cylinder. if i hit a large bump sometimes the sustem will deflat. i suspect i need to replace the left frony cylinder, just wondering if anyone has had this problem

Agreed. This system makes this car a viscious money pit. There are aftermarket companies that have the air struts and parts though.
My coworker had a 1987 Continental which had an air suspension problem. He dumped it last year and hasn't regretted doing so since.
