No problem, just a couple interesting home cures

If you have a hole in your radiator that leaks antifreeze, plug it up with a chunk of potato. This will stop the leak for quite a while.

If you have a leaking heater core, try pouring black pepper into the radiator. This will plug some small leaks.

Lol. Interesting ones. I would avoid putting anything into the cooling system as it will clog it eventually.

Potato really works, not sure of pepper

I put a chunk of potato into a hole in my radiator of my truck. It stopped the leak for 3 months. The black pepper, I'm not to positive of, heard about it at a gas station/garage I worked at just after high school. I have heard of the potato lasting 3 years. These were just suggested as temporary cures until you can afford the time and/or money to get it done right.

Well at least when it finally gives out, you'll have something to eat while you're waiting on the tow truck !!!
