rubbing & griding noice

this problem is on a 98 jeep grand cherokee, it has a griding rubbing noice. i had the hub bearing assembly replaced and still making the noice. what else can cause this noise? the brakes are in pretty good shape, and so are the rotors.

Are you sure its coming from the outer Hub assembly? It could be the axel carrier bearing. It could also be a traction device (Locker, Limited Slip) that the PO or the factory installed.

Bring it back to the place that changed the hub which did not solve the problem and ask them to repair it correctly this time .
