95 Honda Civic

I have a 95 Honda Civic Coupe (EX) and I'm having problems with my speedometer. When I start to drive it stays at 0mph (and I can be going 50mph). It does it alot. It works when it wants but when it does work, the needle starts to jump. Any way on fixing that speedometer myself. Any help will be appreciated .

You likely have a bad speedo cable (if equipped) or a bad speed sensor.

Hit your local library for a repair manual which will have the steps to guide you.

Check autolibrary.org below, get a $25.00 Alldata.com subscription or pick up an OEM Honda manual.
