Could be anything. You don't give us much maintenance history on the vehicle.
Get it back to the dealer. You might get a partial goodwill warranty even though you are over the mileage a bit. [/Q
when i say my truck is hard to start when cold,my truck just
started doing this a few days ago, when my truck sits overnight
somtimes it cranks right up other times it seems like its
not geting enough fuel but after a few tries it cranks up
could it be some bag gas or trash in the fuel system.clogged fuel
filter.

One time we could not figure out why a Detroit Diesel motor would be hard to start in the morning, but would run fine if started in the afternoon. After a lot of banging our heads we figured out that there was water in fuel causing the fuel filter to freeze partly, but when warm fuel was returned to the tank with the return line it warmed the fuel and melted the ice. I seriously doubt this is your problem, but I just wanted to put it out there.]
