Starter 93 saturn

93 DOHC saturn 1.9 SL2 sedan
I would like to know The proper way to wire the starter. I have a problem with the existing one and i'm not sure if all the wires are connected to it. Or wether they came loose. When I turn the key nothing happens no click from the solenoid or anything. The wire from the battery only read .13volts so I changed it out and now reads correct voltage. It was also very corroded at the junctures. If I need a new starter what is the procedure for taking off and replacing it?
oh before it died it drag started like the battery was dying or dead but the battery is fine.

The original starter on this vehicle is a Korean made Delco unit. Saturn has since replaced this with a much smaller French made Valeo unit. It may require a new fusible link wire.

Seek the help of the Saturn dealer for the proper parts. The Valeo starter is cheap through them (I know, my mother has this same car and I did the starter).

Use autolibrary.org below for the R&R instructions and photos.
