fuel filter

I just bought a 92 Buick Regal. It has had a few instances of stalling during normal driving. After 15 minutes it will restart. I suspect a clogged fuel filter. But I can't find it to change it! Where is the fuel filter? Please don't tell me it's inside the gas tank.

Try looking here:
On your 1992 BUICK REGAL, the FILTER-FUEL is:
UNDER HOOD, CENTER, REAR ENGINE AREA, REAR OF INTAKE MANIFOLD, MOUNTED IN FUEL LINE ASSEMBLY

If the problem still continues after the filter replacement then check for spark when it wont start...if no spark, it might be a heat sensitive ignition component.
