Ford or Chevy

I have an old trailer with 15 inch car tires on the rims. I guess the rims are either ford or chevy and have 5 lugs. Is there some way I can determine which make the rims are or are they the same? I don't have any other rims to try out. I would like to get a spare.

Take a wheel to a shop that sells aftermarket wheels, they should have bolt circle guages and be able to help.

If you measure across the lugs you should get a measurement, like 5 on 5 1/5 , do a google search for measuring bolt patterns it will show you were to measure. Or, just take it to the tire shop like davo suggests.

I agree. Also, there should be part #s cast into the wheel if you degrease them .
