Can anyone tell me how to tell the diffrence between a 1989 351 Cleveland and Windsor motor

They didn't make 351C in 1989. 1970-1974 was the 351c, after that they had a 351M-400 that was simular until somehere in the late'70's

Easy way to tell C and W apart is thermo housing

C= housing bolts to block at top of timing cover housing
W= housing bolts to intake manifold

1989 351s would be Windsors.
