Heater Blower Motor

Hi,I have a 95 chevy lumina minivan and just the other day the blower motor stopped working. I checked the fuse and it`s good. When I slide the fan switch I can hear a faint sound like something is trying to happen. Wondering if anyone ran intoi this before or knows what steps I should take next. Thanks,Tom.

Do all the speeds work? You might have a bad blower resistor. Common on GM.

None of the speeds work.Like I said before, when I move the switch over I hear a small clicking sound somewhere very slightly so I`m leaning towards the blower motor. I was going to try to unplug it and see if I could hear that click anymore. I`m hoping it`s not the switch because that looks like a big job. Thanks for any help,Tom.

Have a look in autolibrary.org below. There's plenty there for you to read.

Bring power from the battery to the motor directly. If the blower works, the motor is not the problem.
