Power Window Repair

I have a 98 chevy comaro, with a V6 engine. My driver's side window quit working. When I went to the dealership they said I had a low voltage problem and it would cost $45 dollars an hour just to find the problem. How can I fix this myself. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

These things can beat you to death if you are not careful. If it's in need of a new motor, I suggest you have it done professionally---they can be a bear to do.

You might try another, good competent independent repair shop who can easily find the problem and complete the repair.
