Ring and pinion

Does anyone happen to know where I might find a used Ring and Pinion gear for a 95 GMC, 4 wheel drive truck? The ring gear has 41 teeth and the pinion has 12 teeth. The ring gear is approximately 8-1/2" in diameter.

Count the number of bolts on the diff cover, most likely a 10-bolt. You could find one at a junk yard. But you can get a new one for about 130$, I would just bite the bullet and snag a new one from a quality company.

If you do not have proper tools, guages, etc. Plus knowhow, you are spinning your wheels repairing this. Requires precise setting and assembly. Better off picking up another entire unit.
